钛合金钻杆接头耐磨带试验研究

    Experimental Research on Hard Banding of Titanium Alloy Drill Pipe Joint

    • 摘要: 针对钛合金钻杆在应用过程中接头耐磨性差、易磨损的问题,开展钛合金钻杆接头覆焊耐磨带试验研究。采用传统的焊接方法和非晶态合金耐磨焊丝很难在钛合金接头表面实现耐磨带焊接。采用激光熔覆技术,以TiC与TC4混合合金粉末作为熔覆材料,按照一定比例混合,选择合适的激光熔覆工艺参数,可以较好实现耐磨带与钛合金基材间的冶金结合,其表面成型质量、尺寸、硬度、金相法结合强度等性能指标符合标准SY/T 6948—2013《石油钻具耐磨带》要求,为激光熔覆钛合金钻杆接头耐磨带技术研究提供了方向。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of poor wear resistance and easy wear of the titanium alloy drill pipe joint in the operation process, an experimental study on overlay welding of the banding of the titanium alloy drill pipe joint is conducted. It is so difficult to make hard banding overlay welding on the surface of the titanium alloy joint with the conventional welding methods and amorphous alloy wear-resistant welding wires. Better hard banding and metallurgical bonding with the titanium alloy base material can be achieved by means of the using the laser cladding technique, taking the TiC-TC4 mixed alloy powder as the cladding material, following a certain mixing proportion, and selecting appropriate laser cladding process parameters. All the performance indexes of the said joint with its hard banding overlay welded are up to Standard SY/T 6948-2013 hard banding of oil drilling tools, including surface forming quality, size, hardness and metallographic bonding strength, etc., which provides a direction for the research on laser cladding technique for hard banding of the titanium alloy drill pipe joint.
