“一步法双工艺”焊接在超大直径螺旋缝焊管上的应用

    Application of One-step Double-process Welding Method to Manufacturing Extra-large Diameter Spiral Welded Pipe

    • 摘要: 传统的螺旋缝埋弧焊管内外埋弧“一步法”焊接工艺在超大直径、大壁厚螺旋缝焊管制造过程中内焊缝易产生应力裂纹等缺陷,导致焊缝一次通过率低。通过对成型和焊接工艺优化以及焊接设备改进,应用“一步法双工艺”焊接方法解决了超大直径、大壁厚螺旋缝焊管制造易产生内焊缝应力裂纹的问题,同时减少夹渣、气孔等缺陷的产生,达到了降低生产成本,提高焊缝质量和生产效率的目的。

       

      Abstract: It is so easy for using the conventional inner-outer submerged arc One-step welding process to make extralarge diameter, heavy wall thickness SAWH pipe to cause occurrence of inner seam defects like stress tearing, etc., and thus to lead low primary qualification rate of the seam. Such problem is be solved by means of optimizing the formation and welding process, modifying the welding equipment, and adopting the One-step Double-process method. At the same time the defects like slag inclusion and pore are also reduced. Thanks to the said method, the targets like production cost reduction, seam quality improvement and enhancement of productivity are all satisfied.
