    • 摘要: 采用热穿孔+三道冷轧工艺制造出022Cr25Ni6Mo2N双相不锈钢无缝管,理化性能检验结果表明:生产出的022Cr25Ni6Mo2N双相不锈钢无缝管的化学成分适中,力学性能和工艺性能良好,钢管基体为奥氏体+铁素体双相组织,两相比例约1∶1,耐晶间腐蚀及点腐蚀性能优良,表面质量好,尺寸精度高。试制的022Cr25Ni6Mo2N双相不锈钢无缝管的组织及各项性能满足其使用要求。

       

      Abstract: The 022Cr25Ni6Mo2N duplex stainless steel seamless tube is produced by means of the hot-piercing+3-pass cold-rolling process. It is demonstrates via relevant physical and chemical tests that all the properties of the said tube are satisfactory, i.e., the tube possesses proper chemical composition, good mechanical properties and technological performances, austenite+ferrite duplex matrix, approximately 1:1 two phase ratio, excellent inter-granular corrosion and pitting corrosion resistances, good surface quality, and high dimensional accuracy. The microstructure and all the performance indexes of the 22Cr25Ni6Mo2N duplex stainless seamless tube as trial produced are in compliance with the application requirements.
