输氢钢管氢相容性试验的应用探讨

    • 摘要: 从输氢钢管氢相容性试验概念、目的和标准出发,分别介绍了氢相容性试验的取样规定、试验参数、试验结果表示、试验项目、试验耗时与质量控制方向,以及试验设备性能保证、试样加工尺寸精度要求、统计分析方法选择等试验注意事项等内容,提出了相关方试验质量控制、氢相容性试验耗时较长影响交货期以及氢相容性试验标准需给出必要的试验参数、评判指标信息等建议,对输氢钢管氢相容性试验的应用、正确评价输氢钢管质量、保证其安全运行等具有意义。

       

      Abstract: Starting from the concept, the purpose, and the applicable standards associated with the hydrogen compatibility test on the hydrogen transmission steel pipe, separate descriptions of the said test are made here in the article, involving the sampling regulations, the test parameters, the presentation of the test result, the test items, the test duration and quality control direction as well as items needing attention such as assurance of the test device performance, the requirements for dimensional processing accuracy of the specimen, and determination of the statistics method, etc. Accordingly suggestions are proposed addressing such aspects as test quality control by the related party, the problem of rather long test duration which might delay the delivery date, and parameters as needs to be described in the applicable standard for the hydrogen compatibility test, and evaluation index information, being helpful for application of the said test, correct evaluation of the hydrogen-transmission pipe quality, and ensuring the safe running thereof, etc.
