增材制造熔融沉积技术在钢管工业中的应用

    Application of Additive Manufacturing Fused Deposition Modeling Technology to Steel Pipe Industry

    • 摘要: 构建了增材制造熔融沉积成型(FDM)技术在钢管工业应用的框架,分析了增材制造流程和增材制造特点,探索了增材制造在钢管工业里的应用场景;提出了使用FDM技术制造非标准结构件、液位控制元件、电气元件以及气动管接头的低成本应急替代方法,并介绍相关应用。增材制造技术可实现故障的快速解决与部件的低成本替代,有助于钢管工业实现高效率、低耗比与绿色化生产。

       

      Abstract: Constructed is the framework for application of the additive manufacturing fused deposition modeling(FDM)technology to the steel pipe-making industry, and analyzed are the flow process and characteristics of the additive manufacturing. Furthermore the application scenarios of the additive manufacturing in the steel pipe-making industry is discussed. And proposed are the low-cost emergency substitution method for using the FDM to manufacture the non-standard structural part, the liquid level-control component, the electric component and the pneumatic fitting. The related applications are also described. Application of the said additive manufacturing technology can bring about the quick fixing of the fault and low-cost substitution of the component, being helpful for achieving the hi-efficiency, low consumption ratio and green production in the steel pipe-making industry.
