输水钢管FBE涂覆工艺及涂层检验标准的研究

    Research on FBE Coating Process and Coating Inspection Standard for Ultra Sized Steel Water Pipe

    • 摘要: 超大直径输水钢管熔结环氧粉末(FBE)涂覆规模化生产很少,涂层检验标准也不完善。分析了超大直径输水钢管粉末涂覆方法及工艺,探讨了涂层检验标准现状及产品关键性能指标。结果表明:超大直径输水钢管外表面涂覆适宜采用静电喷涂方法,而内表面适宜采用空气喷涂或滚涂,优选内空气喷涂+外静电喷涂结合方式或者内滚涂+外静电喷涂结合方式实现一次加热内外双面涂覆;在现有相关标准基础上结合产品自身特性制定专业的涂层标准,进一步保障产品性能。

       

      Abstract: The mass production of FBE coating for the ultra large-sized steel water pipe is still rare,and likely, relevant coating inspection standards are not yet complete. An analysis is conducted on the powder coating method and process for the said water pipe,and the current status of the coating inspection standards,and the key performance indexes of the product are discussed. The results indicate that the outer surface coating for the ultra large sized steel water pipe is suitable for using the electrostatic spraying process,while the inner surface coating is suitable for using the air spraying or roller coating process. The preferred combination process is the internal air spraying + external electrostatic spraying or the internal roller coating + the external electrostatic spraying to get the result of one-time heating and outerinner surface coating of the pipe. Based on relevant existing coating standards,the professional coating standard as per the specific characteristics of the product is prepared in a bid to further ensure the product performance.
