钢管管端孔内锥型坡口质量提升实践

    Practice of Improving Quality of Steel Pipe End Equal WT Butt Joint Beveling

    • 摘要: 目前钢管管端孔内锥型坡口加工普遍存在内直边长度短、表面粗糙度大、壁厚不均匀、生产稳定性差、效率低等问题。从严格控制管型、升级生产装备以及优化加工工艺等三个方面介绍了钢管管端孔内锥型坡口加工质量提升过程。提升后的孔内锥型坡口内直边最大加工长度可到120 mm,内直边段壁厚加工精度可达到0~1.25 mm,坡口表面粗糙度不大于12.5μm,坡口加工一次通过率由93.5%提高到98%以上,加工效率提高大于20%。

       

      Abstract: At present common problems are staying with bevel processing of the steel pipe end Equal WT butt joint, including short inner straight side,high surface roughness,uneven wall thickness,poor production consistency and low efficiency,etc. The activities concerning improvement of the beveling quality are described here in the article,involving the three major aspects,i.e.,strictly controlling the pipe type,upgrading the production equipment and optimizing the processing technology. After the upgrade,the processed length of the bevel inner straight side can be up to 120 mm,the WT accuracy of the inner straight side section can be up to 0~1.25 mm,the bevel surface roughness is less than 12.5 μm,the bevel processing first-pass-yield is increased from 93.5% up to 98%,and the processing efficiency is increased to more than 98%.
