液压油缸缸筒内表面缺陷分析

    Analysis of Inner Surface Defect of Hydraulic Cylinder Case

    • 摘要: 油缸管经过冷拔、滚压加工后形成液压油缸缸筒,缸筒内表面时常出现砂孔、内折、凹坑、直道等缺陷,导致油缸使用失效。由于油缸缸筒的制造工序较多,对于其内表面缺陷产生的原因,通过缺陷宏观形貌很难判断。因此,通过金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等检测手段,对油缸缸筒内表面的各种缺陷进行分析,找到了缺陷溯源的方法,并根据缺陷产生的原因提出了解决措施。

       

      Abstract: After being processed with cold-drawing and rolling processes,the cylinder-serviced pipe is turned into the case of the hydraulic cylinder. The inner surface defects of the cylinder case as commonly found include porosity, inner fold,pit and straight line mark,etc.,which leads to the failure of the cylinder. Because there are a number of manufacturing procedures for making the cylinder case,it is so difficult to identify the causes for the said inner surface defects just by the macroscopic appearance thereof. Accordingly the said various inner surface defects of the cylinder case have to be analyzed by means of the metallographic microscope,and the scanning electron microscope(SEM)so as to find out the method for tracing the source of the defects,and then based on the causes for the defects as identified,relevant corrective actions are determined.
