螺旋缝焊管剩磁特性及其消减

    Residual Magnetism Characteristics of HSAW Pipe and Relevant Reduction Measures

    • 摘要: 针对螺旋缝埋弧焊管生产过程中管端出现的剩磁现象,分析了磁化机理和剩磁产生的原因,研究了常见的钢管剩磁特点,并根据剩磁的大小、极性和分布情况,提出从优化焊接系统布线方案和实施下线后的交直流消磁措施等方面进行控制,实施后可满足标准中剩磁检验要求,有效提升了焊管的产品质量。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the residual magnetism phenomenon as occurring at the pipe end during manufacturing process of HSAW pipe, an analysis is conducted on the magnetism mechanism and the causes for development of the residual magnetism. Also studied here in the paper are common residual magnetism characteristics of the steel pipe. To control the residual magnetism,the wiring scheme for optimizing the welding system and implementing of off-line AC and DC current degaussing measures are proposed as per the size,polarity and distribution of the residual magnetism in a bid to meet the requirements for residual magnetism inspection as specified under application standard,and improve weld pipe quality.
