无缝钢管穿孔顶头技术研究进展

    Progress of Research on Technology of Piercing Plug for Seamless Steel Tube

    • 摘要: 穿孔顶头作为无缝钢管生产的关键工具,其性能直接影响产品质量和生产效率。阐述了穿孔顶头的研究现状,分析了顶头在极端工况下的失效机理,包括鼻部塌陷、表面黏钢、轴向开裂及氧化膜剥落等失效形式的产生原因及其与工艺过程的内在关联;探讨了合金钢顶头和钼合金顶头的特点、性能及适用范围;系统介绍了改善顶头性能的措施,包括结构设计及表面强化技术等。探讨了顶头的研究方向。

       

      Abstract: As a critical tool used in the production process of the seamless steel tube,the performance of the piercing plug directly influences the productivity and the product quality. Systematically and comprehensively elaborated here in the article is the current situation of the research on the piercing plug for the seamless steel tube,and also analyzed are the mechanism of the failure as occurring under extreme operation conditions,and the causes for common failure types such as plug nose dent,surface steel sticking,axial cracking and oxide film peeling and etc.,and the inherent correlations between such failures and the processes parameters. Furthermore the characteristics,the performance,and the application scope of the alloy steel plug and the molybdenum alloy plug are discussed. Moreover the measures for improving piercing plug performance are systematically described, including the structural design and the surface strengthening technologies,etc. Finally the plug research direction is discussed.
