基于PyQt5的FQM连轧管机壁厚调控系统开发

    Development of PyQt5-based Wall Thickness Control System for FQM Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 基于Python PyQt5框架开发了一套FQM连轧管机壁厚调控系统。通过系统分析连轧管工艺过程,提取影响钢管壁厚的关键工艺参数,构建了连轧管工艺参数离线调整软件平台。系统核心包括:建立了涵盖减壁率、孔型参数、速度、转速等关键参数的完整的连轧管工艺数学模型;开发了壁厚预测与调整功能模块,在某6机架三辊连轧管机上进行了实际应用验证,预测结果与实测数据吻合良好。该壁厚调控系统为连轧管生产提供了可靠的壁厚控制解决方案,同时为后续智能化升级奠定了技术基础。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the paper is the research that leads to having developed a wall thickness control system on the basis of the Python PyQt5 framework. A software platform for off-line process parameter adjustment of the mandrel pipe mill is set up by means of systematically analyzing the process of the mandrel pipe mill to extract the key process parameters as affecting the pipe wall thickness. The core of the said system covers the aspects including establishing a complete mathematical model of the mandrel mill process which involves such critical parameters as the wall reduction rate,the pass parameters,the speed and rpm,etc.;developing a prediction and adjustment module for the wall thickness reduction rate. The system is verified via the actual application to a 3-roll,6-stand FQM as located at a certain domestic tube plant,showing that the predicted result is well in compliance with the actually measured data. The said control system as newly developed provides a reliable wall thickness control solution for production of the continuously-rolled pipe,and lays the technical foundation for the follow-up intelligence upgrade.
