浆体输送用热轧空冷贝氏体无缝钢管的开发与应用

    Development and Application of Hot-rolled, Air-cooled Bainite Seamless Steel Pipe for Slurry Transportation Service

    • 摘要: 针对浆体输送管道冲蚀磨损问题,研究开发了一种新型热轧空冷贝氏体耐磨无缝钢管。通过材料成分优化和直连型螺纹技术创新,实现了材料性能与工艺效率的协同提升。在保证高硬度的同时显著提升材料的塑韧性,研发的钢管屈服强度≥758 MPa,0℃冲击功≥32 J。采用空冷贝氏体钢制备工艺,兼具工艺简单、成本低等优势,创新开发直连型螺纹连接技术,研发的钢管在非洲某铜矿尾矿处理项目中成功应用,实际运行数据显示年磨蚀量0.20 mm,较传统焊接工艺工期缩短70%。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the problem of erosion wear staying with the slurry transportation piping,a new type hotrolled,air-cooled bainite wear-resistant seamless steel pipe is researched and developed. Owing to the optimization of the chemical composition of the steel,and the technical innovation of the straight thread connection,the material properties and the process efficiency have been enhanced coordinately. The high hardness of the material is ensured,and at the same time its plasticity and toughness are remarkably improved,resulting in the pipe’s yield strength ≥758 MPa,and 0 ℃impact energy ≥32 J. Thanks to the employment of the air-cooled bainite steel-making process which possesses advantages like simplified process and low cost,and the application of the innovative straight thread connection as developed,the said steel pipe has been successfully used in a certain copper tailings treatment project in Africa. The actual operation data show that the annual erosion wear is less than 0.20 mm,and comparing with the conventional welding process,the construction duration is shorted by 70%.
