油套管调质热处理过程外观质量控制技术研究

    Research on Control of Tubing and Casing Appearance Quality during Quenching and Tempering Process

    • 摘要: 分析了油套管调质热处理全流程中的外观质量控制问题,重点探讨了氧化铁皮、压痕和矫痕等典型缺陷的形成机理及控制方法。研究结果表明:在加热阶段钢管表面氧化铁皮的生长受温度和时间共同影响,淬火冷却过程中不均匀的冷却应力易导致机械压痕产生,而热矫直工艺参数不当则会引发矫痕缺陷。基于此研究开发了加热过程氧化铁皮去除技术,优化了淬火冷却介质流速和温度分布以降低压痕发生率,同时改进了辊式热矫直工艺参数设置。工程应用表明,该系列技术措施显著提升了油套管表面质量和产品的市场竞争力。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed here in the essay are the issues concerning the appearance quality control of the tubing and casing during the entire flow process of quenching and tempering,focusing on discussion on the formation mechanism of such typical defects as oxide scale,dent and rolling mark,etc.,and relevant control methods. The studies reveal that the growth of the oxide scale on the surface of the steel tube is affected jointly by the temperature and the time during the heating period;the mechanical dent is easily caused by the uneven cooling stress during the quenching-cooling process;and the incorrect hot-straightening process parameters may lead to producing the straightening mark. Accordingly the technique used for removing the oxide scale during the heating process is researched and developed, and the quenching-cooling medium flow velocity and the temperature distribution are optimized to reduce the incidence rate of the dent,and moreover setting of the parameters of the roll type straightening process is improved. The actual engineering application demonstrates that the above mentioned serial technical measurements have significantly improved the surface quality of the tubing and the casing,and enhanced their market competitiveness.
