大规格12Cr5MoNT合金钢连铸圆坯的工艺开发与质量控制

    Process Development and Quality Control of Large-sized 12Cr5MoNT Alloy Steel CC Round

    • 摘要: 阐述了Φ310 mm 12Cr5MoNT合金钢连铸圆坯的生产工艺开发过程。采用“100 t UHP EAF→LF→VD→CCM→缓冷”工艺路线,在电炉冶炼阶段严格控制出钢碳含量(0.03%~0.06%)和磷含量(≤0.010%),确保出钢温度在1 650~1 670℃。精炼工序采用高碱度还原渣系,配合强化脱氧工艺,VD处理保持高真空时间≥12 min,软吹时间≥25 min以提升钢水洁净度。连铸过程控制过热度16~25℃,保持0.75 m/min恒拉速,实施全程保护浇铸,并采用结晶器与凝固末端双重电磁搅拌技术。生产实践表明,该工艺方案使铸坯化学成分波动范围显著缩小,钢中夹杂物得到有效控制,低倍组织均匀致密,完全满足后续穿孔轧制的质量要求。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated here in the paper is the development process of the manufacturing technology for the Φ310 mm 12Cr5MoNT alloy steel CC round. The process technological routing i. e. 100 t UHP EAF→LF→VD→CCM→slow cooling is employed,and at the EAF melting stage,the C and P contents in the tapping steel is strictly controlled to the ranges,i.e.,C:0.03%~0.06%;P:≤0.010%,and the tapping temperature is ensured to be within the range of 1 650~1 670 ℃. For the refining process,the hi-alkalinity reducing slag system is adapted,and coping with the strengthening deoxidation process,the hi-vacuum duration is kept as ≥12 min for VD treatment,and the soft blow time is ≥25 min a bid to enhance the cleanness of the liquid steel.And for the CC process,the over temperature is control within 16~25 ℃,the constant drawing speed is kept at 0.75 m/min,and the whole-course shielding casing operation is implemented,and so is the double electromagnetic stirring in the mold and at the solidification end. Relevant practice shows that the above mentioned technological solution has brought about such advantages as obvious reduction of the chemical composition fluctuation range of the billet,proper control of the inclusions in the steel,and homogeneous and compact macro-structure,which is completely satisfactory to the quality requirement by the follow-up piercing process.
