环形加热炉烟气超低排放技术的研究与应用——基于SNCR-SDS一体化工艺

    Research and Application of Ultra-low Flue Gas Emission of Circular Heating Furnace——SNCR-SDS-based Integrated Process

    • 摘要: 针对Φ180 mm MPM连轧管生产线环形加热炉的烟气治理问题,开发了SNCR(选择性非催化还原)-SDS(高活性钙干法脱硫)一体化处理工艺。通过系统分析加热炉烟气特性,创新性地将SNCR脱硝技术与SDS干法脱硫技术有机结合,构建了完整的烟气净化系统。工程应用表明,该技术方案实现了SO2排放浓度≤50 mg/Nm3、颗粒物浓度≤10 mg/Nm3的超低排放标准,年可减少SO2排放量约74.69 t。研究为热轧钢管生产线加热炉的烟气治理提供了可靠的技术方案,具有显著的环保效益和推广应用价值。

       

      Abstract: Conducted here in the article is the research on the issue of the flue gas treatment of the circular heating furnace in the Φ180 mm MPM pipe-rolling production line,based on which the SNCR(selective non-catalytic reduction)- SDS(sodium-based dry scrubbing)integrated treatment process is developed. The characteristics of the flue gas of the circular heating furnace are analyzed,and then the SNCR denitration technique and the SDS desulfurization technique are combined organically to get a complete flue gas cleaning system constructed. Relevant engineering application demonstrates that thanks to the technical solution,the applicable ultra low emission specification for the flue and gas is satisfied,i. e.,SO2 emission concentration is ≤50 mg/Nm3,and the particle concentration is ≤10 mg/Nm3. The above mentioned research is capable of providing reliable technical solution for flue and gas management for the heating furnace as in the hot-rolled pipe production line,and bringing about remarkable environment protection benefit as well as the value of spreading up and application.
