超薄壁S32750超级双相不锈钢焊管制造工艺研究

    Research on Manufacturing Technology of S32750 Super Duplex Stainless Steel Ultra Light-wall Welded Pipe

    • 摘要: 研究了Φ50.8 mm×0.89 mm超薄壁S32750超级双相不锈钢焊管的制备工艺。采用直流钨极氩弧焊接技术,结合创新的双半径W反弯曲冷弯成型工艺和焊缝整平工艺,成功制备出高性能超薄壁焊管。研究结果表明:制备的焊管力学性能、工艺性能和耐腐蚀性能均满足相关标准要求;焊缝成形良好,过渡圆滑,无咬边等缺陷;显微组织分析显示焊缝区由铁素体和奥氏体两相组成,且分布均匀;硬度测试表明焊缝、热影响区和母材的硬度均≤300 HBW,硬度差控制在15 HBW以内。

       

      Abstract: Studied here in the article is the manufacturing process of the Φ50.8 mm×0.89 mm S32750 super duplex stainless steel ultra-light-wall pipe. The said welded pipe is successfully produced by means of the DC tungsten argon arc welding process together with the innovative dual radius W reverse bending and cold bending forming process,and the weld seam leveling process. The research result shows that the welded pipe possesses mechanical properties,the process properties,and the corrosion resistance in compliance with relevant requirements as specified under applicable specification,good,smoothly transitional and round weld form without any of the defects like undercut;the microscopic structure analysis reveals that the weld seam zone is composed of ferrite and austenite that are uniformly distributed;and the hardness test shows that the hardness of the weld seam,the HAZ and the base metal is ≤300 HBW,and the hardness error is controlled within 15 HBW.
