铁镍基合金无缝管横向缺陷的射线检测技术研究

    Research on Radiographic Inspection Method for Transverse Defect Detection of Iron-nickel-based Alloy Seamless Pipe

    • 摘要: 针对铁镍基合金无缝管横向缺陷检测需求,系统评估了射线检测(RT)技术的适用性与优化方向。通过对比分析射线胶片成像与数字成像两种方法的检测能力,结合UT、ET、PT等传统检测结果验证,RT适用于检验外径114 mm以上、壁厚1~40 mm的无缝管产品;可检出直径≥0.2 mm的点状缺陷,长度≥2 mm的线状缺陷;对轴向、横向(周向)方向的线状缺陷检出率100%;综合误报率5%。研究为铁镍基合金管材的高精度无损检测提供了可靠方案,已应用于实际产线质量控制。

       

      Abstract: According to the demand for detection of the transverse defect of the iron-nickel-based alloy seamless pipe,the suitability and the optimization direction of the radiographic testing (RT)technique are systematically evaluated.The detection abilities of the two detection methods,i.e.,the radiographic film imaging process and the digital imaging process are comparatively analyzed,and then verified with the detection results from conventional testing methods such as UT,ET and PT,etc. It is concluded that RT method is suitable for detecting seamless steel pipes with OD over 114 mm and WT. ranging from 1 mm to 40 mm,being capable of finding out the pitting defects with diameter ≥0.2 mm as well as the linear defects with length ≥2 mm. And the method can also be used to obtain the detection rate of 100% of the axial and transversal(circumferential)linear defects,and the overall false alarm rate 5%. The research achievement provides a reliable solution for high-precision NDT of the iron-nickel-based alloy materials,and the method has been applied to quality control of actual production lines.
