工程机械用无缝钢管研究进展

    Progress of Research on Seamless Steel Tube for Engineering Machinery Service

    • 摘要: 介绍了工程机械用钢管的技术要求、国内外标准、产品开发进程及未来发展趋势。通过分析国内外工程机械用无缝钢管的用量、标准体系差异、材料设计与制造工艺优化路径,重点探讨了以满足高强度、高韧性、优异焊接性、高耐磨性和耐腐蚀性为核心目标的高端工程机械用无缝钢管的开发与应用。最后,对未来工程机械用管向更高性能、绿色制造及智能化的方向发展进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the article are the main aspects of the steel tube as servicing the engineering machinery, including the technical requirements,applicable domestic and foreign standards,the development process,and the future development trend etc. Also focused on are discussions about the development and application of the hi-end seamless steel tube for engineering machinery purpose as demanding such key targets as high strength,high toughness,excellent weldability,high wear resistance and corrosion resistance via analysis of the consumption amount, the standard system difference the material design and the manufacturing optimized path etc. of the seamless steel tubes for engineering machinery service as made at home and abroad. Finally the future development orientation of the said pipe is expected,involving higher performance,green manufacturing and intelligentization.
