Ni-Cr-Mo耐蚀合金无缝管的生产工艺及组织性能

    Manufacturing Process and Micro-structure Properties of Ni-Cr-Mo Corrosion-resistant Alloy Seamless Tube

    • 摘要: 采用非真空感应冶炼+钢包精炼+真空吹氧脱碳+电渣重熔+热锻工艺制造出Ni-Cr-Mo耐蚀合金圆管坯,通过热挤压、冷轧、固溶热处理等工序研制出Φ26.67 mm×2.87 mm规格Ni-Cr-Mo耐蚀合金无缝管。检验与分析Ni-Cr-Mo耐蚀合金无缝管的表面质量、尺寸偏差、化学成分、力学性能、工艺性能、金相组织及耐晶间腐蚀性能等。结果表明:Ni-Cr-Mo耐蚀合金管坯及无缝管制造工艺可靠;成品内外表面质量良好,尺寸精度高;纵向金相组织较均匀,平均晶粒度约为5.5级;性能优异,可满足使用要求。

       

      Abstract: The Ni-Cr-Mo corrosion-resistant alloy round billet is manufactured by means of the processes of nonvacuum induction melting+LF refining+vacuum oxygen decarburization + electroslag-remelting + hot-forging. And then the Φ26.67 mm×2.87 mm Ni-Cr-Mo corrosion-resistant alloy seamless tube is developed with the said round billet via such operation steps as hot-extrusion,cold-rolling and solid heat treatment,etc. The said alloy seamless tube is tested and analyzed in terms of surface quality,dimensional deviation,chemical composition,mechanical property,technological property,metallographic structure and intergranular corrosion resistance and so on. The results show that the manufacturing processes for both the round billet and the seamless tube of the Ni-Cr-Mo corrosion-resistant alloy are reliable;the finished tube possesses good inner and outer surface quality and high dimensional accuracy,homogeneous longitudinal metallographic structure,average grain size of Class 5.5,and excellent performance,having been satisfactory to relevant application requirements.
