Abstract: Elaborated here in the paper is the practice of the digital and intelligent transformation of the Φ460 mm Assel steel tube production line as located at Daye Specialty Steel Co.,Ltd.,covering the serial practical technologies in association with a number of links such as production,quality,equipment,energy and safety,etc. Mainly included in the said practice are the on-line full-process,multi-dimensional quality inspection system,the piece-by-piece seamless steel pipe tracking technology with combination of equipment+video AI+logic,the super automatic control combined with the AI visual aid,the intelligent dynamic production scheduling strategy with the model-knowledge-algorism coordination as well as the intelligent close-loop quality control system,etc.Thanks to the innovations as above mentioned,series breakthrough functions have been realized,including full-process digital management,one-click steel rolling,one-click charging,one-click production scheduling,push-style quality management and control,and online performance prediction,etc.
