焊管焊缝成形及其对质量性能的影响机制研究

    Study on Formation Mechanism of Welded Pipe Weld and its Effect on Quality Performance

    • 摘要: 系统分析了焊管焊缝成形特征与质量性能的关联机制。通过建立焊缝几何形状分类体系,深入研究了不同焊缝形貌对力学性能、冶金性能和使用性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,焊接工艺参数与工艺条件的协同作用直接决定了焊缝的几何成形特征,进而显著影响焊缝的综合性能表现。针对焊缝裂纹等典型缺陷,研究发现合理控制焊缝成形系数可有效改善缺陷发生率。基于大量工艺试验数据,提出了焊接参数优化匹配方法,为实际生产中焊缝质量的控制提供了理论依据和技术指导。

       

      Abstract: Systematically analyzed in the article is the association mechanism between the weld forming characteristics of the welded pipe and the quality performance. The weld geometric shape classification system is created with which the law of the influences by different weld morphologies on the mechanical properties,the metallurgical properties and the application performance are investigated. The study result identifies that it is the synergy of the welding process parameters and the process conditions that directly defines the geometric formation characteristics of the weld,and further remarkably affects the comprehensive performance thereof. Addressing the typical defects like the weld crack,relevant study is conducted,and then it is concluded that the defect occurrence rate can be improved by means of properly controlling the weld forming coefficients. Based on large amount of the process test data,the method for optimized matching of the welding parameters is proposed,which provides the theoretic basis and technical guidance for control of the weld during the actual production.
