直缝埋弧焊管生产线铣边机精对中装置的改进

    Improvement of Precision-centering Device of Edge-milling Machine on SAWL Pipe Production Line

    • 摘要: 针对铣边机精对中装置液压系统易漏油、噪音污染大、设备投资和维护工作量大的问题,利用西门子伺服对中系统替代常规的液压对中系统,改进精对中装置。实践证明,该改进方法可以满足车间生产要求,提高了钢板对中精度,简化了铣边机组设备配置,节省了投资,改善了生产环境,降低了设备故障率,减少了后期维护工作,应用效果显著。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the problems as staying with the hydraulic system of the precision-centering device of the edge-milling machine,namely frequent oil leakage,serious noise pollution,high investment and maintenance workload of the equipment,etc.,the said centering system is improved by substituting the Siemens servo centering system for the conventionally-used hydraulic one. Relevant practice proves that the improvement action has brought about such advantages as meeting the workshop production requirements,enhancement of the centering accuracy of the steel plate,simplifying the equipment configuration of the edge-milling machine unit, saving the investment, improving the production environment,and reduction of both the equipment failure rate and the follow-up maintenance work,resulting in significant effect.
