直缝埋弧焊管引熄弧板自动切割系统设计与应用

    Design and Application of Automatic Cutting System for Run-on and Run-off Tabs of SAWL Pipe

    • 摘要: 为提高直缝埋弧焊管生产中引熄弧板切割的工作效率和质量,设计了一套基于工业机器人的钢管引熄弧板自动切割系统。该系统通过激光测距传感器检测钢管引熄弧板位置,机器人根据位置数据自动规划切割路径,带动割炬自动完成引熄弧板的切割,能够满足不同管径直缝埋弧焊管引熄弧板切割要求。应用结果表明,该系统能够自动完成钢管引熄弧板切割,切口光滑,运行稳定,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。

       

      Abstract: In order to enhance the operation efficiency and quality of cutting of the run-on and run-off tabs during the production of the SAWL pipe,an industrial robot-based automatic cutting system of the said the steel pipe is designed. The system adopts the laser range sensor to detect the position of the tabs,while the robot automatically plans the cutting path based on the position data,and then gets the cutting torch automatically complete the cutting of the tabs,having been capable of meeting relevant requirements for cutting the run-on and run-off tabs of the SAWL pipe. It is concluded via the the actual operation result that the above mentioned system is capable of automatic cutting the run-on and run-off tabs of the weld steel pipe,featuring such advantages as smooth and neat cut,consistent running,reduction of the labor intensity and enhancement of the productivity.
