2205双相不锈钢焊管冷拉拔工艺研究

    Research on Cold-drawing Process of 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel Welded Pipe

    • 摘要: 研究了2205双相不锈钢焊管的拉拔工艺。在一道次、2种减径量工艺制度下进行冷拉拔试验,检测分析冷拉拔后管材的机械性能、几何尺寸、组织和硬度。结果显示:Φ88.9 mm×4 mm规格2205双相不锈钢焊管在一道次、11.9%减径量的拉拔条件下,可得到表面质量较好且几何尺寸、力学性能均满足标准要求的Φ78 mm冷拉拔管材,表明该冷拉拔工艺可行,可在2205双相不锈钢焊管冷拉拔管工业化生产中运用。

       

      Abstract: The drawing process of the 2205 duplex stainless steel welded pipe is studied,involving the activities as follows. The cold-drawing testing is conducted with the one pass,two reduction process for the purpose of inspecting and analyzing the mechanical properties,the geometric dimensions,the microstructure and the hardness of the as cold-drawn pipe. The testing result shows that under the one pass and 11.9% reduction drawing conditions,the Φ88.9 mm×4 mm 2205 duplex stainless steel welded mother pipe can be cold-drawn into the Φ78 mm pipe with good surface quality,and geometric dimensions and mechanical properties as up to applicable specification,which means that the said cold-drawing process is feasible,and applicable to the massive production of the 2205 duplex stainless steel cold-drawn pipe with the welded mother tube.
