一种提升精密冷拔管表面粗糙度的管坯选型方法

    A Method for Selection of Mother Tube Type for Improving Surface Roughness of Cold-drawn Precision Tube

    • 摘要: 提出一种通过焊接管坯选型提升精密冷拔管表面粗糙度的方法。测量不同规格焊接管坯拉拔变形前和变形后的表面粗糙度,计算焊接管坯拉拔变形前后的中径壁厚比增长率,分析中径壁厚比增长率与精密冷拔管表面粗糙度之间的关系,并通过实际生产进行验证。该方法在生产前用理论计算的方式达到了合理制订工艺的目的,避免了生产浪费。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the article discloses is a method for selection of the welded mother tube type for improving surface roughness of the cold-drawn precision tube. The pro and post deformation surface toughness of the welded mother tubes with different sizes is measured,the increase rate of the pro and post drawing-caused deformation middlediameter to wall thickness ratio of the said mother tube is calculated,and the relationship between the said increase rate and the said surface toughness is analyzed,of which all the results are verified via actual production activities. Thanks to the above mentioned method,the proper process can be prepared before the production via relevant theoretic calculation so as to avoid any waste in the production.
