漏磁探伤检测无缝钢管斜向缺陷的应用技术

    Application Technology of Magnetic Flux Leakage Testing for Detecting Oblique Defect of Seamless Steel Tube

    • 摘要: Φ139~363 mm无缝钢管管体斜向缺陷的特点为其斜向缺陷与钢管管体纵向呈5°~10°的斜向角度,检测难度较大,曾出现过漏检问题。通过对探伤技术的分析与探讨,确定采用漏磁探伤技术检测无缝钢管的管体斜向缺陷,并与漏磁探伤相关厂家共同研发了一种漏磁探伤系统检测钢管的斜向缺陷,使得Φ139~363 mm无缝钢管管体斜向缺陷难以检测的问题得以解决。

       

      Abstract: The characteristic of oblique defect the Φ139~363 mm seamless steel pipe presents a 5°~10° oblique angle to the longitudinal direction of the pipe body, which leads to relative high difficult in detecting which once caused missed detection. Based on analysis and exploration of the NDT technology, it is finally determined to use the magnetic flux leakage inspection technology to detect the body oblique defect of the seamless steel tube. Accordingly a magnetic flux leakage inspection system especially used to detect the said defect is jointly researched and developed with relevant magnetic flux leakage detector-maker. As a result the said problem of difficult detecting the body oblique defect of the Φ139~363 mm seamless steel pipe is fixed.
