钢管生产设备全生命周期管理系统研究设计与分析

    • 摘要: 传统钢管生产车间设备管理模式滞后、生产流程追溯能力薄弱,严重制约企业生产效率与管理水平提升。基于智能数字化技术设计了钢管生产车间设备管理系统的基本架构,系统构建涵盖设备全生命周期管理的详细流程,提出功能模块建设的具体方案。以设备全生命周期管理理论为指导,构建适用于钢管制造企业的设备管理系统,该系统通过实时数据采集与智能分析,帮助企业提升设备管理水平,保证设备安全、稳定、长周期运行,提升设备运行效率,减少设备故障,降低设备运行和维护成本,为钢管制造企业数字化转型与高质量发展提供有力支撑。

       

      Abstract: The conventional equipment management mode for the steel tube production workshop has become lag with poor traceability to the manufacturing process flow, which severely restricts the enterprise production efficiency and management level. Owing to the research as based on the intelligent digital technology,the basic architecture of the equipment management system for the steel pipe production workshop is designed. The system construction covers the detailed process of the equipment lifecycle management,while the specific scheme of the functional module construction is put forward. Guided by the theory of equipment lifecycle management,an equipment management system suitable for steel pipe manufacturing enterprises is constructed. The said system via the real-time data acquisition and the intelligent analysis,is helpful for relevant enterprises to improve their equipment management level,ensure safe,stable and long-term operation of the equipment,enhance the equipment operation efficiency,reduce equipment failure rate,and reduce equipment operation and maintenance costs, which provides strong support for digital transformation and high-quality development of steel pipe manufacturing enterprises.
