万米特深井用Φ168.3 mm钻杆研制

    Development of Φ168.3 mm Drill Pipe for 10 000 m Extra-deep Well

    • 摘要: 针对我国深地油气开发钻杆抗拉能力不足的问题,攻克超厚壁管体镦锻、热处理、摩擦压接等关键核心技术难点,实现了特深井用Φ168.3 mm钻杆的研制。结果表明:特深井用Φ168.3 mm钻杆的最大可承受悬重可达942 t;焊缝最大可承受悬重1 041 t;管体内过渡带长度达到140 mm以上,有效分散了管端应力,提高了特深钻井高效性和安全性。该钻杆的研发助力了塔科1井以井深10 910 m顺利完钻,支撑了我国深地工程的发展。

       

      Abstract: In response to the issue of insufficient tensile strength of the drill pipe as used for deep earth oil-gas exploitation in the country,relevant critical technical bottlenecks have been overcome,including upsetting of the extra heavy pipe body,heat treatment,and friction welding,etc.,resulting in the R & D of the Φ168.3 mm drill pipe as used for the extra-deep well. The result shows that the said drill pipe possesses such properties as maximum suspended load up to 942 t,and weld maximum suspended load up to 1 041 t;the pipe body transitional section is long over 140 mm,which properly distributes the pipe-end stress,and enhances the efficiency and safety of drilling the said well. The R & D has promoted the successful completion of the 10 910 m drilling operation of the Well Shenditake 1,supporting the development of the domestic deep earth engineering.
