DH36-Z35大壁厚焊接钢管冷热双丝埋弧焊试验研究

    Experimental Study on Cold-hot Double-wire SAW Technology for DH36-Z35 Heavy-wall Steel Pipe

    • 摘要: 在分析现有焊接工艺技术的基础上,提出了大壁厚钢管冷热双丝埋弧工艺技术方案。该方案通过设置一个冶金反应熔池、两根不同热状态焊丝同时进入埋弧焊的作业方式,同时实现了DH36-Z35大壁厚钢管焊接制品的质量稳定控制与生产效率快速提升。工业试验结果表明,冷热双丝埋弧工艺实现了厚壁钢管焊接过程低热输入、高熔敷效率的有效控制,对提高大壁厚(t≥50 mm)DH36-Z35焊接钢管的生产效率具有重要参考价值。

       

      Abstract: Based on the analysis of the curre ntly-used welding technologies,a technological scheme of hot-cold double-wire SAW for the heavy-wall steel pipe is proposed here in the paper. Specifically the said scheme covers such a operation mode,i.e.,getting two welding wires with different thermal states simultaneously enter the SAW process by means of setting a metallurgical reaction molten pool so as to achieve both stable quality control and rapid enhancement of the productivity of the DH36-Z35 heavy-wall welded pipe. Relevant industrial experiment result shows that thanks to the above mentioned cold-hot double-wire SAW process,proper control of the low hot output and high metal deposition efficiency of the heavy-wall steel tube welding process are obtained,which is of reference value for enhancing the productivity of the heavy-wall(t≥50 mm) DH36-Z35 welded steel pipe.
