Φ139.7 mm×7.72 mm P110套管磨损对其抗挤能力影响的试验研究

    Experimental Research on Influence by Wear on Collapse Resistance of Φ139.7 mm×7.72 mm P110 Casing

    • 摘要: 运用立式挤毁及水压爆破试验系统研究套管的壁厚磨损量与抗挤毁性能之间的关系。测量9支外壁有磨损的Φ139.7 mm×7.72 mm P110样管的外径、壁厚等几何尺寸,检测其残余应力、屈服强度、抗拉强度和延伸率等;随后对样管逐一进行极限抗挤毁试验,分析不同程度的壁厚磨损对套管抗挤毁能力的影响。研究结果显示,套管壁厚磨损至某一临界值时,其抗挤毁强度会显著下降,且挤毁点往往出现在磨损最严重的区域。

       

      Abstract: Studied is the relationship between the wall wear amount of the casing and its collapse resistance by means of the vertical collapse and hydrostatic explosion system. Nine pieces of the Φ139.7 mm×7.72 mm P110 sample pipes with external surface wears are measured and tested in terms of dimensions like OD and WT,residual stress,yield strength, tensile strength and elongation,etc. Then the extreme collapse resistance test is conducted piece by piece to the said pipes to analyze the influences by wears of different degrees on the collapse resistance of the casing. The research result shows that once the wear degree of the casing reaches a certain critical value,its collapse resistance obviously drops,and that the collapse point always presents in the area with the most serious wear.
