某二氧化碳试注井管柱失效原因分析

    Analysis of Causes for Pipe String Failure in a Certain Carbon Dioxide Test Injection Well

    • 摘要: 某油田二氧化碳试注井用P110钢级油管在使用过程中发生断裂失效。采用化学成分、力学性能、金相组织、断口微观形貌、腐蚀产物检测及宏观形貌观察的方式分析管体失效原因。结果表明,在含硫化物及氯化物等腐蚀介质的油套环空环境中,油管在局部应力作用下产生应力腐蚀开裂,在拉伸载荷下裂纹不断扩展直至最终断裂失效。

       

      Abstract: The P110 tubing as used in a certain CO2 test injection well broke and failed during the operation. The failure causes for the pipe body are analyzed by means of testing of the chemical composition and the mechanical properties,the metallographic examination,microscopic morphology of the fracture surface,corrosion product(EDS)analysis and macroscopic morphology observation. The results show that in the annular space containing corrosive medium such as sulfide and chloride,under the action of the local stress,stress corrosion cracking(SCC)occurs in the tubing,and continuously expands which inevitably leads to the fracture failure of the pipe.
