特薄壁管轧制法及锥形芯棒的研发

    R & D of Rolling Process and Cone Type Mandrel for Manufacturing Ultra Light Wall Pipe

    • 摘要: 在轧制特薄壁管的过程中频繁出现芯棒未脱出及抱棒现象,严重时会导致限动齿条的跳电现象,进而引发限动齿条向后极限位置的撞击事故。对传统特薄壁管轧制工艺进行分析,认为脱棒间隙过小是导致脱管机脱棒能力不足并引发不脱棒事故的关键因素。对此设计改造等径芯棒,开发了锥形芯棒。锥形芯棒投入应用后使用效果显著。

       

      Abstract: When rolling the ultra light-wall pipe,such undesirable cases like incomplete extracting of the mandrel and pipe-mandrel clinging together are frequently happen,which,in serious case,might leads to power outage of the retained gear rack,and in turn,causing the accident of bumping of the said rack towards the rear limit position. The conventional rolling process for the ultra light-wall is analyzed. And as a result it is revealed that the too small gap for mandrel extracting acts as the key for causing insufficient mandrel extracting capability as followed by extracting failure. Accordingly the isometric mandrel is designed and modified,and the cone type mandrel is further developed as well. The said cone type mandrel has been put into actual operation,showing significant effectiveness.
