    Development and Application of Automatic X-ray Weld Seam Testing System for JCOE SAWL Pipe

    • 摘要: 针对JCOE直缝焊管现行射线检测技术主观依赖性强、结果稳定性不足的现状,提出一项以数字化与智能化为核心的技术优化路线。该方案构建了一个集高清数字成像、动态图像实时降噪、缺陷智能检测与评判、信息数字化交付于一体的闭环系统;其核心创新在于采用动态图像智能检测模型与人工识别相结合的人机协同评判机制,从根本上规避了因操作人员业务水平、熟练程度及身心状态等主观波动对检测结果的干扰。该系统的实施为实现焊管焊缝射线检测的全流程自动化以及检测结果的高可靠性与高稳定性,提供了有力的技术支撑。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the existing shortcomings of application of the currently-used X-ray weld seam testing technology for the SAWL pipe,i.e.,strong subjective dependence and poor result stability,a technical optimization path taking digitalization and intelligentization as its core is proposed. The scheme builds a close-loop system that integrates high-definition digital imaging,real-time noise reduction for the dynamic image,intelligent detection and evaluation of the the image defect,and digital delivery of the information as a whole. The core innovation of the said system is that it adopts the humanmachine collaboration evaluation mechanism as combining the dynamic image intelligent detection model with the manual recognition so as to fundamentally avoid any interference caused by subjective fluctuation factors of the operator such as professional level,proficiency level and physical and mental state,etc. The implementation of the system provides strong technical support for realizing the full automation of the pipe weld seam X-ray testing process,and the high reliability and stability of the detection result.
