双层卷焊管定径辊减壁区轧制压力及芯棒轴向力的研究

摘要: 用解析法求出了双层卷焊管定径辊减壁区的轧制压力及芯棒轴向力的解析式。理论值与实测值较相符,为管筒成型质量的在线控制提供了一个简单实用的数学模型。Abstract: The equations of the subject rolling-pressure and mandrel axial force regarding the double-coil welded tube sizing are derived with analytic method. The theoretical values are very close to measured values. Thus a simple and practical mathematical model for on-line coil-forming quality control is established.
