双相不锈钢转鼓用管的离心铸造生产工艺

    Centrifugal-casting Process for Manufacturing Dual Phase Stainless Steel Tube for Drum-making

    • 摘要: 介绍了双相不锈钢转鼓用管的离心铸造生产工艺,并与传统的卷制焊接成型转鼓生产工艺进行了对比,离心铸造优势明显。对采用该工艺生产双相不锈钢转鼓的生产实践作了详细介绍,包括材料成分、铸型转速及热处理工艺的确定等。经检测,生产的双相不锈钢转鼓致密度高,气孔、夹渣等缺陷少,机械性能好,可满足特殊应用环境对转鼓无缝化制造的要求。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the article is the centrifugal casting process for manufacturing dual phase stainless steel tube for drum-making. Compared to the conventional coiling-welding process for the same purpose,the centrifugal casting process has obvious advantages. Relevant operational practice of producing the dual phase stainless steel tube for drum-making with the said centrifugal casting process is also detailed, involving such aspects as material chemical composition,casting speed and determination of the heat treatment process, etc. The results of relevant tests and inspections show that the drum fabricated with the dual phase stainless steel tube as produced with the above mentioned centrifugal casting mould RPM is in possession of such advantages as high density,very few defects like gas hole,trapped-slag and fine mechanical properties,being satisfactory to the requirement for manufacturing the seamless drum which is suitable for special service conditions.
