从钻杆管体断裂刺漏看推广内涂层钻杆的重要性

Necessity of Disseminating Internally-coated Drill Pipe to Prevent Breaking and Piercing-caused Leakage of Drill Pipe Body

摘要: 对吐哈油田胜火2号井Φ114.3 mm钻杆断裂失效,温西3-517号井Φ114.3 mm钻杆刺漏失效进行了分析;同时分析了推广内涂层钻杆的重要性和推广过程中存在的主要问题,提出了相应的对策。

Abstract: Analyzed are two cases of drill pipe failures,i.e.,the breaking failure of the Ф114.3 mm drill pipe in Shenghuo No.2 Oil Well and the piercing-caused leakage failure of the Ф114.3 mm drill pipe in Wenxi No.3-517 Oil Well in Tuha Oil Field.Also discussed are the necessity of disseminating the internally-coated drill pipe and main problems concerning the said dissemination addressing which some countermeasures are proposed.
