    Research and Development of Φ610 mm TC4 Big Diameter Titanium Alloy Hot Rolled Seamless Tube

    • 摘要: 利用周期轧管机锻轧挤相结合的制造工艺,开发出Φ610 mm×30 mm×6 000 mm规格TC4大直径钛合金热轧无缝管。经检测,产品各项技术指标均满足ASME SB 861—2013标准中Gr5要求,综合性能良好,且纵、横向性能均匀。该大直径TC4钛合金热轧无缝管的研制成功,将钛合金热轧无缝管的外径上限由219 mm大幅度提高到610 mm,同时主要变形工序仅采用斜轧穿孔+周期轧管两道工序,大幅降低了管材的制造成本和制造周期。

       

      Abstract: By adopting a manufacturing process combining forging, rolling and extruding on a Pilger pipe mill, a Φ610 mm TC4 big diameter titanium alloy hot rolled seamless tube is developed.According to the tests, all technical parameters of the product can meet the requirements of ASME SB 861-2013 for Gr5.The comprehensive performances of the product are good, and the longitudinal performances and the transversal performances are uniform.The successful development of the product remarkably expands the upper limit of OD of titanium alloy hot rolled seamless tube from 219 mm to 610 mm.It also significantly lowers the manufacturing cost and period, since the major deforming procedures only include rotary piercing and Pilger rolling.
