钢管冷斜轧工艺与试验研究

    Steel Tube Cold Cross-rolling Technology and Related Experimental Research

    • 摘要: 针对传统钢管冷轧(拔)生产方式存在的问题和钢管深加工的需要,根据斜轧过程中轧件运动和金属变形的特点,探索了钢管冷斜轧成型的必要条件,并采用刚塑性有限元方法,计算其变形过程的速度场、应变和应力,设计符合钢管冷斜轧特点的轧辊辊型。通过理论分析和工业性试验,证明了该工艺的可行性和实用性。该工艺能够部分替代钢管冷轧冷拔工艺,也可用于双金属管材的复合加工。

       

      Abstract: Pinpointing the problems concerning the conventional steel tube cold-rolling(drawing) manufac-turing processes and the need for steel tube deep-processing, the requisite conditions for steel tube cold cross-rolling formation are discussed on the basis of the characteristics of the workpiece movement and metal deformation during cross-rolling. Moreover, the velocity field and strain and stress are calculated by means of the rigid-plastic finite element method. Based on the result, the roll groove in the light of the characteristics of steel tube cross-rolling is designed. It is proven by relevant theoretic analysis and industrial operation experiments that the said cold cross-rolling process is feasible and practical, and can be used to a certain extent to substitute the steel tube cold-rolling (drawing) processes, and also for processing of dual metal clad tubes.
