双相钢钢管的试验研究

    EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON DUAL-PHASE STEEL PIPE

    • 摘要: 低碳锰硅钢无缝管采用台阶淬火和临界区热处理工艺而获得双相组织。试验结果表明:双相组织的力学性能远高于通常的铁索体+珠光体组织;在一定条件下,双相组织具有更好的耐蚀性,Ca(OH)2有明显的缓蚀作用;采用台阶淬火工艺,不含Cr、Mo的低碳锰硅钢也易于获得热轧双相组织。

       

      Abstract: The dual-phase structure of the low-carbon Mn-Si steel for seamless pipe can be obtained by applying the process of step-quenching and boundary zone heat-treatment. The test result shows that the mechanical properties of the dual-phase structure are much higher than those of ferritic plus pearlitic structures, that the dual-phase structure is of better corrosion resistance in some cases for Ca(OH)2 has corrosion-moderating effects, and that hot-rolling dual-phase structure of the low-carbon Mn-Si steel without Cr and Mo can be easily obtained with the step-quenching process.
