核电站常规岛蒸汽/给水回路用WB36CN1无缝钢管的研制

    R & D of WB36CN1 Seamless Steel Pipe Used for Steam/Water Supply Piping Circuit of Conventional Island of Nuclear Power Plant

    • 摘要: 随着我国核电站建设进程的加快,核电用无缝钢管的国产化要求日益迫切。介绍了在1000MW核电站常规岛蒸汽/给水回路中应用的WB36CN1无缝钢管的特点、生产工艺,通过对WB36CN1无缝钢管各项性能指标的比较分析,肯定了该工艺生产的产品在核电领域的应用价值。

       

      Abstract: Along with the rapid development of domestic nuclear power plant construction,it is getting more and more necessary to realize 100 percentage supply of home-made seamless steel pipes for nuclear power generation industry.Elaborated in the paper are the characteristics of manufacturing process for the WB36CN1 seamless steel pipe for steam/water supply piping circuit of the conventional island of the 1 000 MW nuclear power plant.Based on the comparative analysis of the property data of the said pipe as produced with the manufacturing process,the application value thereof in the nuclear power generation sector is identified.
