Abstract: Dimensional accuracy of the physico-chemical test specimens is significantly responsible for the test result, whereas appropriate fixture plays a key role in ensuring processing accuracy and processing rate of the specimens. Described here are three types of special fixtures used for preparation of physico-chemical test specimens and features of each of them.
