钛合金油井管性能研究及应用评价现状

    Status Quo of Research on Properties of Titanium Alloy OCTG and Relevant Application Evaluation

    • 摘要: 介绍了钛合金油井管的特点;总结了pH值、温度、H2S含量、完井液、酸液、SSCC测试方法等对钛合金油井管耐腐蚀性能的影响,国内外对钛合金油井管机械性能以及螺纹连接等的研究成果,以及应用评价情况。分析认为:钛合金油井管具有密度低、强度高、耐腐蚀性能优异等特点;在模拟气田采出环境(高含H2S-CO2、S,高浓度的氯化物地层水)和气田酸化等环境中,钛合金油井管的腐蚀速率均较低,耐腐蚀性良好;机械性能和螺纹连接性能是研发钛合金油井管的两个关键所在。

       

      Abstract: Described here are the characteristics of the titanium alloy OCTG,and summarized are the elements affecting the corrosion resistance thereof,including pH value, temperature, H2S content,completion fluid,acid fluid and SSCC testing method, etc. The assay also presents achievements about the researches on mechanical properties and thread connection of the titanium alloy OCTG,and relevant application evaluations as made both at home and abroad. Based on the analysis, conclusions are made as follows. The titanium alloy OCTG features low density,high strength,and excellent corrosion resistance,etc.,and has rather low corrosion rate and fine corrosion resistance under both the simulated gas recovery conditions (high H2S-CO2 contents,element of S,stratum water containing high concentration chloride,etc.) and gas field acidification environment. And mechanical properties and thread connection performance are considered as the two critical issues related to R & D of titanium alloy OCTG.
