转炉管坯钢生产过程中氮的行为

    Behavior of Nitrogen in Converter Melting Process of Steel for Tube-making

    • 摘要: 简介了攀钢集团成都钢铁有限责任公司采用80t转炉生产的管坯钢的主要钢种、工艺流程;分析研究了炼钢各工序钢液中氮的变化情况及不同冶炼条件对钢中氮含量的影响,提出了转炉炼钢各环节控制钢液增氮的技术措施。

       

      Abstract: Briefed in the paper is the melting with converter process of steels for tube-making purpose by Pangang Group Chengdu I & S Co., Ltd., covering main steel types, the process flow and equipment. Also analyzed are the changes of nitrogen in the liquid steel in different melting steps and influences by different meting conditions on N content in the molten steel. Accordingly, relevant technical actions are proposed to control the pick-up of nitrogen in liquid steel in different operation steps of the converter process.
