含典型腐蚀缺陷油管的剩余抗拉强度研究

    Research on Residual Tensile Strength of Tubing with Typical Corrosion Defects

    • 摘要: 采用有限元软件和旧油管实物性能评价的方法,分析了3种腐蚀缺陷对旧油管剩余强度的影响规律。分析结果表明:含有球形、圆锥形及圆柱形3种缺陷的旧油管,腐蚀坑最大直径比最小直径对应的抗拉强度分别低1.8%、1.0%、1.9%,均满足API Bull 5C2—1999标准要求;腐蚀坑深度不超过名义壁厚30%的旧油管仍具有较高的抗拉强度。

       

      Abstract: The influence of three kinds of corrosion defects on the residual strength of old tubing is studied with the use of the finite element analysis software and tubing property evaluation in practice.The analysis results show that when old tubing contains corrosion defects with spherical, conical or cylindrical shape the tensile strength of the corrosion pit with the largest diameter is 1.8%, 1.0%or 1.9%lower than that of the corrosion pit with the smallest diameter respectively and all of which still meet the requirement of API Bull 5C2-1999;the old tubing still have relative high tensile strength when its corrosion pit depth is less than 30%of its nominal wall thickness.
