    Setting and Calculation of Speed Schedule of MPM

    • 摘要: 在消化引进的MPM连轧管机工艺设定数学模型的基础上,结合连轧管工艺原理和相关算法,给出了MPM连轧管机速度制度的设定和计算方法。结果表明:轧辊速度的设定与计算的关键是确定各机架钢管出口截面积和工作辊径系数;芯棒速度制度的确定需要考虑芯棒磨损、轧制过程稳定和极限位置等约束条件。所述的模型和算法可用于同类轧管机速度制度的设定与计算。

       

      Abstract: Based on assimilation of the math model for technological setting of the imported MPM,and use of the mill's process principles and relevant calculation means,methods for setting and calculation of the speed schedule thereof is established.The result shows that it is important for setting and calculation of the roll speed to define the pipe outlet sectional area and the working roll factor of each individual stand of the mill,and that setting of the mandrel speed should be based on such governing conditions as mandrel wear,stability of the rolling process and the position limitations.The above mentioned math model and calculation method are applicable to setting and calculation of the speed schedule of other similar mandrel mills.
