国产J55高频直缝焊管在冷拔(轧)变形中的壁厚不均度、显微组织与性能变化的研究

    INVESTIGATION OF VARIATION OF WALL-NONUNIFORMITY,MICROSTRUCTURE AND PROPERTIESOF HOME-MADE J55 HI-FREQUENCY STRAIGHT WELD PIPE IN COLD-DRAWING (ROLLING) DEFORMATION

    • 摘要: 通过对国产J55高频直缝焊管进行冷拔(轧)变形量与相关热处理等工序的配合试验,探讨出最小壁厚不均度值的最佳变形量范围(μ≈1.45),并进行了冷拔(轧)工艺中焊管的显微组织与性能变化测定.结果表明,控制焊管冷拔变形量后进行单道次冷轧,可以获得组织与性能均匀一致的精密焊管成品,成品管的壁厚不均匀度可在3%以下,性能不低于20钢精密泵管的标准要求.

       

      Abstract: Based on the experiments in deforming with cold-drawing (rolling) process and heat treatment of J55 hi-frequency straight weld pipe,the optimum deformation range for minimum wall-nonuniformity (u=1.45) has been set up,and the variation of microstructure and properties of the pipe under cold-drawing (rolling) conditions measured. The experimental result shows that with single-pass cold-rolling under proper control of deformation amount,it is possible to produce finished precision weld pipes with wall-nonuniformity under 3% and properties equal to or better than those of the 20# precision steel pipe for pump service.
