摘要: 介绍了鞍钢无缝钢管厂自行设计和制造的Φ100mm新型狄塞尔轧管机的主要技术性能、设备结构特点、改造措施及使用效果。可供Φ76~100mm轧管机组技术改造借鉴。

Abstract: Introduced in the paper are the main aspects of the new type Φ100mm Diescher pipe rolling mill designed and manufactrued by the Seamless Steel Tube Plant, Anshan I & S Corp.with its own work force, i.e. basic techinical data, equipment structural features, measures for modification and operational performance. All the information can be used as reference to technical upgrading of the Φ76-100 mm pipe mill lines.
