连铸圆管坯热裂纹与包晶点的关系

    • 摘要: 以基本相图为依据,探索了碳素钢包晶点C含量(CJ值)的作图求法及计算方法。分析了钢中Si,Mn含量对CJ值的影响。生产数据证实,钢中C与CJ值越接近,越容易导致连铸圆管坯热裂纹的形成。找出了避免C与CJ值接近的途径。

       

      Abstract: Based on the basic phase diagram,studies concerning determination of the C content of carbon steel peritectic point (CJ) via plotting and calculating methods. Also discussed in the paper is the effect on the CJ value by contents of Si and Mn in the steel. Relevant operation data have proven that the closer to the CJ value the C content in the steel is, the more possible thermal.cracking of the CC round will be developed. An approach to preventing the C content from getting close to the CJ value is set up.
