摘要: 根据涩北-西宁-兰州天然气管线工程的需要,华北石油钢管厂对X70钢级的螺旋埋弧焊管Φ660mm×10.3mm进行了研制,较详细地介绍了此种焊管的试制过程和检测结果。检测及实际应用情况表明,研制开发的X70钢级螺旋埋弧焊管各项技术质量指标均符合要求。

Abstract: To meet the need for the Sebei-Xining-Lanzhou Natural Gas Pipeline Project, R & D of the X70 steel submerged arc spiral welded tube with a size of Φ660 mm×10.3 mm was carried out. Detailed in the article are the trial manufacture of the tube and the testing and measurement data thereof. The data and relevant field feedback show that all the technical and quality data of the tube as actually measured have been up to the specific requirements.
