Abstract: Elaborated in the paper are the structure and operation principle of a tube grinder for removing internal burrs of weld pipes which is mainly used for off-line processing of Φ219-610 mm HFW pipes with internal burrs beyond applicable product specification.The operation practice of the grinding machine shows that it is in possession of such advantages as high stability,wide application scope,and high productivity,etc.,being a rather desirable equipment for off-line internally deburring of weld pipes.
